Do I have to book in advance?
To be sure we have a car for when you need it, pre-booking is necessary. The earlier the better, however in some cases short notice of 1 hour might be enough but not recommended.
Which areas do you pick up from?
We cover all of Melbourne Metro area and many parts of Victoria. If your suburb or town is not available in the online quote form please send us an email or call us.
Where do I meet the driver at the airport?
The driver waits for you in the terminal holding a sign with your name. Pickup instructions are sent when the booking is confirmed.
Will the driver help with my luggage?
Yes of course. Whether the pickup is from your home, office or the airport the driver will assist with your luggage.
Do you have baby seats?
Yes we do. We provide rear facing seats, upright baby seats and booster seats. The cost is $15 per seat and must be requested at the time of booking.
What hours do you operate?
Bookings via email or the online form can be made at any time. Bookings by phone or text must be done during normal business hours. Cars can be booked for any time of the day or night.
Is there a late night fee?
Yes there is between 11pm and 5am. The total price will be displayed in your quote.
Is this service legal?
Yes of course. All the drivers are accredited by the Transport Service Commission (TSC) and the cars are fully insured and licensed to carry paying passengers. We also have all the car and driver permits and accreditation needed to pickup from Melbourne airport.
How many passengers can you carry?
Our standard sedans can carry up to 4 passengers but it also depends on the amount and size of your luggage.
Are there any other fees?
Our rates include airport parking, tolls and GST. Credit cards attract a 5% surcharge.
Can the driver charge me more then the quote?
Yes, but only if you keep the driver waiting past the pre booked time or if you direct the driver to go a way which might be longer or if there are multiple pick ups which we didn’t know about.
Can the driver charge me more if he chooses to go a longer way?
NO, he definitely cannot.
